How It Started

March 12, 2019 So many times in my life, I've tried to lose weight. Even when I was able to lose the weight, it didn't stick. I would start a weight loss program and be all gung ho for about the first week or so, then I'd say the heck with it and quit. Or if I did lose weight, something would happen in my life and I'd go back to the same old habits that made me overweight in the first place.  A lot of times, I'd listen to other people tell me things like, "Oh you can eat this pizza or this cookie. You don't need to go on a diet." Some would even tell me I would always be fat and I'm getting too old anyway, so why does it even matter? It matters because I feel like crap. I'm tired all the time, I get winded just climbing a flight of stairs, and I'm pre-diabetic. This is when I decided enough is enough.
